We accept returns for items recieved damaged within 7 days with pre-authorization. Customer must pay for the shipping back to us.

We do not accept returns on most of our items due to the nature of the prodcuts we that we sell.

Items that are returned must be in origianal packaging and un-opened so that we are able to re-sell it

Shipping Information

Orders to US over $70 and to Canda over $95 will ship free. For shipping to other countries please contact us for a shipping quote. You will be sent a separate invvoice for shipping and your order will ship once the shipping charges are paid. We ship Priority Flat rate International when ever possible. We find this reaches you the quickest ususally 7 - 10 business days. This is not always the least expensive but seems to be the most reliable.If you prefer some other shipping method please let us know and we will try to work with you. First Class International will be less expensive but can take up to a month to reach some countries.
